Our story

Welcome to Vertical Spaces! We’re a father-daughter team creating unique metalwork for indoor and outdoor spaces. What started as a personal hobby has grown into something bigger, and now we get to share our designs with you.

I'm Ian, an engineer who’s been crafting original metalwork for years. It all started when my wife wanted something different for our garden. So, I started designing, welding, and creating, and soon enough, our backyard became a collection of one-of-a-kind pieces. My daughter, Alex, joined in to help build our store and share our work with more people, and that’s how Vertical Spaces was born.
